We decided to extend our school project into photography, fun, and general craziness. It kinda branched away from surrealism, but I think we got a few good 'uns. Our art teacher laughed, in a nice way.

I LOVE Haberdasheries!

I could spend hours in Aberkhan. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT :)
It's an amazing shop! Seriously, every time I go in I feel like a little kid in a sweet shop...there's boxes full of buttons and ribbons and sequins and flowers and zips and ohmygod it's funfunfun. Me and my friend spent aaages in there the other day, picking stuff out to make gawjus headbands with. Well, we found this site http://www.shopbando.com/Products.aspx?cid=1 and were completely in love. They are beautiful, non?
Anyway, we came out with heaps of ribbons, sequins and little fabric flowers and had a happy afternoon making crazy headbands.
Pictures will be up soon, as I have no battery :(
+yesterday I was in Aberkhan, and found a big basket full of 50p fabric. There were two 1/2m pieces in each bundle, and I found a nice sea-sidey thick cotton one with a chequered green and black one. Bargain much. I made a school bag from the stripy sea-sidey one and pieces of 12p ribbon and vintage lace, a 74p bag? Nice.

Wowza, I have a blog 8-)

Well well well, I'm rather new to all this blogging shizzle.

+ I love fashion, but not just the norm. Beautiful and odd is the way forward.
+ I wish I could afford to buy lovely fashion magazines every month/week. But I can't :)
+ My inspiration comes from: not being able to afford anything, my friends, nature and weird people.
